Minor update to the text effects. Decided to add support for the image tag. Should now work with the following tags:

• bounce
• shake
• move
• fade-in
• rotate
• explode
• explodehalf
• glitch

I also decided to update the atl_text_tags.rpy a bit so that it no longer automatically adds extra layers or an extra character to your game. Apologies for not having removed that beforehand.
